Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that the European Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the "GDPR") provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. UNITECH DIGITAL MEDIA s.r.l., acting as the "Data Controller" pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, therefore provides you with the following information:

A. DATA CATEGORIES: "UNITECH DIGITAL MEDIA s.r.l." will process your personal data, such as identification and contact data.

B. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data held by UNITECH DIGITAL MEDIA s.r.l. are collected directly from the data subject or may be obtained from public authorities.

C. DATA CONTROLLER: The Data Controller is UNITECH DIGITAL MEDIA s.r.l., which can be contacted by phone at 081 8063500 or by email at info@unitechdigitalmedia.com.

D. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The processing of your data is legally based on your consent for the following purposes:

  1. Administration. Fulfillment of management, administrative, and organizational tasks necessary to comply with legal obligations regarding contractual, tax, and accounting aspects;

  2. Project preparation. Preliminary collection of information and preparation of a project covering the entirety of the processing involved in the intervention.

  3. Project implementation. Implementation, subject to the sharing and acceptance of the processing methods, of an individualized project, also carried out with the involvement of an operational team;

  4. Video surveillance. Certain areas of the facility are subject to video surveillance for security reasons.

  5. Internal data use. Use, exclusively within the premises, of video/photographic footage and audio recordings to document the activities carried out with the data subject as part of the projects and initiatives managed by the company;

  6. External data use. Communication/dissemination of the data subject's data also through the use, outside the company (for conferences or presentations of the company's activities), of educational work, video/photographic footage, and audio recordings to document the activities carried out with the data subject within the projects and initiatives managed by the company.

  7. Internet data use. Dissemination of the data subject's data also through the use, on the company's website or on related websites, of educational work, video/photographic footage, and audio recordings to document the activities carried out with the data subject within the projects and initiatives managed by the company;

  8. Data use in publications. Dissemination of the data subject's data also through the use, in printed publications of the company or third parties, of educational work and photographic footage to document the activities carried out with the data subject within the projects and initiatives managed by the company;

  9. Customer satisfaction. Analysis of satisfaction regarding the services provided by the company, including through paper questionnaires or operator phone calls;

  10. Communication of sensitive data to third parties. Communication of sensitive data concerning you to the individuals indicated by you.

F. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA: Within the limits strictly relevant to the purposes mentioned above, your data may be communicated to Data Processors and Persons in charge of processing within the Company, as well as to subjects external to the Company, such as collaborators and consultants. Your data will not be subject to any public dissemination. The currently appointed Data Processors and Persons in charge of processing are properly identified in the Privacy Document, which is updated on a regular basis.

G. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD: The collected data is not subject to transfer to third countries.

H. DATA RETENTION PERIOD: The collected data will be retained for a period of time no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed ("storage limitation principle", Art. 5, GDPR) or in accordance with the deadlines established by legal regulations. The verification of the obsolescence of retained data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

I. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: The data subject always has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their data, the rectification or erasure thereof, the restriction of processing, or the possibility to object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent to the processing, exercising these and other rights provided by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Data Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

L. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF CONSENT: The provision of data for purpose No. 1 listed above is mandatory in order to provide the services. Any refusal to provide such data will result in the inability to continue the relationship. For purposes 7 to 10, the provision of your data is optional and does not affect the performance of the service in any way.

M. DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The data provided by you will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that guide the Data Controller's activities. Your data will be processed using IT tools, paper formats, and any other suitable type of media, in compliance with the appropriate security measures required by the GDPR.
